Cockpit Module

Cockpit Module minus tank

Cockpit module stood vertically prior to tank installation. Note holes in headrest bases to allow installation of fuel level senders.

Fuel Tank

Fuel tank prior to installation showing openings for main and reserve fuel level senders and 2 small ply wood spacers that helped set the fuel tank in position, see Modifications section.

Fuel Tank Level Sender

Mag type float sensor pictured through sensor port on other side of tank. There is a sensor installed in the main and reserve part of the tanks. A main / reserve switch will indicate tank contents on a single gauge.

Fuel Selector (Changed)

Andair selector installed however decided to change position to central tunnel see later images.

Valve relocated lower down and spindle extension used to enable selector valve to be located on central tunnel arm rest area.

Fuel Tank Spacer Stops

Manufactured as per manual but modified later in build as they were not sitting squarely against the tank so the alloy bracket was removed, and the glass side of the bracket was set square against tank and then a new glass flange was made against the bulkhead
